Delivery Information

We offer a free next day delivery service on all our items using a trusted courier.

Any stock item ordered before 1pm can be delivered on any next working day, if required. Once you've placed your order we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

If your order is for a non-stock item, as soon as we receive delivery from our suppliers we will contact you to arrange delivery. This can be on a next day basis, if required.

All free deliveries will be affected between 9am and 5pm on your selected working day. We are unable to guarantee any time slot and are unable to track our courier throughout the day.

However, we do offer the following upgrades on our standard free service and these can be selected during the checkout process.

Please note that all headboards, pillows and duvets are sent out on our standard weekday delivery service only.

* Delivery only available to England, Wales and Scotland. Excludes Grampian and Highlands areas. If you live in any of these areas, please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss delivery options.

The courier service that we use cannot deliver to floors above ground level, therefore items ordered will only be delivered to the ground floor of the house or ground floor entrance of flats or apartments

Lead time estimations

Products that are not available for express delivery will need to be ordered in from our suppliers. Please see below for the delivery estimates from our selected manufacturers.

All lead times are guide time scales only and Mattress Sales UK cannot be held liable for any delays due to manufacturers.

If a product is out of stock for a longer period than stated then we will contact you via e-mail or phone to inform you of the delay
